Indoors Racing School
The North Suburban Sports Car club of the Midwestern Council is pleased to announce its 48th Annual Indoor Racing School to be held at the Autobahn Country Club, www.autobahncountryclub.net, on Saturday March 29th.
The school is designed to introduce new people to Road Racing, High Speed Autocrossing and Race Staffing.
It consists an all attendee session covering an overview of Road Racing and High Speed Autocrossing and then breaks up into a Race Staff session, a High Speed Autocross session and a Wheel to Wheel racing session. All session cover the how, where, what and why of getting into Racing, car control, licensing, car preparation and much more.
After the classroom sessions are finished the attendees can get first hand familiarization of driving on a race track by joining the follow-the-leader low speed track touring groups which will be lead by North Suburban members on the Autobahn Country Club track.
The school starts promptly at 8:00 am on the 29th with classroom sessions running to approximately 3:30 pm, at which time track touring starts until 6:00 pm.
The school is free to all attendees and the Autobahn Country Club offers a buffet lunch for a nominal charge.
