I'm wanting to do this to my 2nd gen.
I wonder if it is possible to really smoke
the headlights?

That looks really good. Might be something worth pursuing if you can find a way to do it.

Whenever I get the time I'm gonna take a trip to
the local junk yard and purchase some used headlights
to try it. As for the hood, do they make 2nd gen carbon
fiber hoods? I could make the corners clear but i didnt
think they looked so great clear.

To me, if I saw a car that looked like that on the street
with the headlights and the hood I would think that
it would have turbo or something!
That's just what i think though.

well you could get tinted clear corners :D
