So, I think my headgasket is popped. I have massive amounts of coolanty/oily smoke during engine braking between 3500 and 3000 and occasionally. I think that I am loosing coolant but no noticable oil consumption. When idling and free revving the engine coolant comes out of the exhaust (test pipe). What I can't figure out is that the problem started when I changed turbos, I never overheated it or ran crazy boost. There is no coolant in the oil but there is something that might be oil in the top of the radiator. Anyone have advice about possible causes.
If the headgasket is popped, does anyone know if I can use a 1.6 Miata headgasket? What are other applications I can take ARP headstuds from?
