    Sticking Brake

    Hey guys any idea how much a sticking caliper can effect my gas milage?

    not really the right section...

    but you should really replace or rebuild the caliper if its sticking.

      Assuming its the front
      Ebay has caliper sets for $50. Replace them in pairs.
      The other one will go soon enough.

          That's the best advice Gas mileage will suffer and so will those brake pads. Then there will come apoint where you stop at a light and not be able to go anywhere or it won't compress while its raining setting you up for a spin(might be exadurating a little). Good luck

            sorry guys haha i meant to put it in this forum but my mind must have been else where. Since i gotta do it anyway does anyone know if its possible to add larger rotors and a bigger caliper to the 96 protege for more stopping power?

              not cheaply.
              youd need a full es front setup.
