I don't post much here, but I've been a lurker for a few years. I'm looking for a new autocross car (I'm tired of schlepping around my Miata's R-compounds), preferrably from somewhere there's not a lot of salt. I'm located in St. Paul, MN, and I'm willing to travel for the right car. I'm interested in any one of these, in good condition:
91-96 Escort GT, Escort LX-E or Mercury Tracer LTS
90-94 Mazda Protege LX
Must haves:
A BP, a manual transmission, no sunroof, and a clean interior. I would prefer a car with as few options as possible, and as close to stock as possible. I'm not looking for a junker, I'm willing to pay a little more for a nice one.
