    GroundControl Coilovers for BF

    Has anyone tryed the CroundControl coilovers on the BF?
    Any good?

      ya, i got them on my 88 GTX and i love them. the only thing is that when i have them set at thier highest its still about a 2 inch drop compared to stock. other then that they handle and ride great

        what are the stock rates and lengths that come with the gc kit?

              I remember somebody saying that the best spring rates would be 250 up front and 190 in the rear, not sure on spring length thou. Those eibach springs in GC kits are fairly generic and you can custom order anything under the sun. If i were going to do the same thing as you i would have someone weld a perch on the strut for the coilovers so they didnt move as much as the stock perch would allow and you will have much more tire clearance inside the wheel well.

              side note: where did you find your dirtas i need new struts like aladin needed to bone that princess

                Suprisingly both GTXs that I have came with Dirtras, although I think the blue RRE car has newer ones. One set seems to have more compression damping, and the other seems to have stronger rebound damping, but I haven't driven both on the same tires and such.
