    gtr fuel pumps?????

    i saw this pic here http://www.wihandyman.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36589 and does the gtr have two fuel pumps or am i crazy cause ive been using a dx sohc pump for about 3 years on my bpt and now on the bpd, im baffled

    Yes it does. You only have one because you are 2wd. GT-R is 4wd so it has two.

      yeah umm ok that makes no sense i just want the power she deserves but i got 223 to the wheels stock

        the 4wd's tank is shaped around the drive shaft so one pump transfers fuel to the other side so the real fuel pump can suck it up.

          adding a high flow fuel pump will not make more power. like, if you swap pumps and then dyno nothing will change.

          however if you make enough power to out-flow the pump you are using, the engine will lean out and blow up. high flow pumps allow you to make more power but they dont make power themselves.
