Ok, I am fairly new to mechanics in general, in the past, I have changed a thermostat, and done various tune up type work on my cars. I've never done any major work, and I now have a GTX which will require some fairly major work over the next copuple years, a new clutch and valve cover gasket in the immediate future, but who knows beyong that. What I am looking for is a few really good books, written for mechanically inclined people that don't have alot of experience. (I already have the fms, it's been quite helpful so far.) Any suggestions?

if you already have the factory service manual... usually a yellow book, unless you got lucky enough to get a turbo only manual. that will be your bible. I have 3 copies, two 88 323 fsm's and one turbo only.. and you couldn't pay me to sell them.
