I've been powder coating for about a year now. IMHO my work is a little below professional level. I don't have a giant spray booth or a giant walk in oven. If you want professional work go pay professional prices. I offer close enough at a good price. I'm the Hyundai of powder coating:p
But every part I do for some one I would be glad to put it on my car and not have second thoughts about it.
-Cost-
Varies
Valve covers are $35 most of the time
Set of lug nuts is ~$20
Brackets are priced by how much cleaning and such that's required.
Basically ask and I'll give you an estimate:D
Size limitations.
I use a normal sized oven for baking. Measuring about 3x2x3. Surprisingly enough I can do rims. One at the time. But I can't do long pieces like strut tower bars or sway bars. You can pool your resources and give me $1.5k to buy a walk in oven if you want. Then I'll do all the bars you want
Turn around time
I'm not the best for this. At least I'm being honest. If you have a deadline and need the parts by a certain time let me know BEFORE we even make arrangements. My loose guideline is the item will ship back 3 weeks from the day I get it. Yes this seems like a large window of time. But in actuality its not. I have ONE oven. I have a life. the first few days the part is getting cleaned. Not sanded down to bare metal. Cleaned. Then sanded/media blasted. Cleaned again. Heated. Cooled. Powdered. Heated. Pray to god it doesn't come out pitted. 3 weeks isn't that long. Get over it. When **** does break, and it does when your using DIY tools on a production scale I let you know there will be a delay. Also I powder coat outside so basically this is seasonal. So don't expect to get a warm reception wanting me to coat your block in the middle of winter.
-warranty-
Sometimes **** happens and something doesn't come out right. I've only had 2 things sent back to me so far because of errors on my behalf. I think that's pretty good. But still people want a written guarantee. 90 days from when I ship it to you. You pay to ship it back and I pay return shipping to you.
Any problem with the work will be a parent in 90 days. Also note I'm not an idiot. If you spill something horribly corrosive on it and decided to leave in on there don't be surprised if I charge you for a re coat.

Yes I only take pictures of black things for some reason.
