    2005 Chevrolet Cobalt

Here's the replacement for the Cavy:

Looks like GM can actually make an interior appealing nowadays.

Hmmmm that looks familiar. . . . I just can't put my finger on it but it looks an awful lot like another car that was just released. Damn, what is the name of that car?

The red coupe looks great. Kind of reminds me of a Mercury Cougar.

The sedan reminds me of the new Opel Astra:

I don't really like the cobalt. It is like they took all of their cars and threw them into one. just not impressed I guess

Styling's not bad; but is it a decently designed & engineered car, or is it the same cheap rattly plastic junk underneath? Do the seats actually feel like seats, or just little (barely) padded things with cheap gray velour covering? Is the blinker switch going to break off in three years? Did they put any money into powertrains, or is the base model still a pushrod 4 with a 3-speed auto? Are other drivers going to complain about the poorly-aimed "fog lights"? Is the suspension actually set up for the car, or just mushy on the "comfortable" models and way too stiff on the "sports" models? You can't see the styling from the driver's seat, after all.

                      I concur.

The sedan looks like a ford taurus front end with the rear cabin slope of an rx8.
