About the owner
I found the car by accident. I was looking for a beater car and saw a 97 ford contour at a local dealer. When I got there it had already been sold. I saw the escort sitting in the lot and it seemed nice. After some haggling on the price I took her home. After a few months went by a friend and I were at the track watching. We saw a lot of turbo 'd cars that night and gave us the idea to turbo the escort. After hours of searching I came upon some options and this great forum. A lot of questions were asked and answered and the build took off. Overall I'm very happy with how it's turned out. Thanks again for a great forum!!
