    tracer spoiler

    i know i'm not going to find a protege spoiler here in the US...
    now say i buy a mercury tracer spoiler of the same year...
    i'm sure it will fit... but what about getting the lights to work...?
    what kind of wiring things am i going to have to do?

    go to a junkyard and pull the wiring from a tracer/escort with one. there should be a connecter on the underside of your trunk lid already. pretty easy to do, i have one off of an escort on my pro.

      Not sure how well a Tracer spoiler will fit/look. If you look hard enough you'll be able to find a Protege spoiler. I bought one about a year ago but haven't installed it yet. If I get the right offer I might even let it go as money is needed for a decent turbo setup

        the tracer and EGT have different trunks than the Protege. the spoiler will have to be moulded to the car. it is not a direct bolt up.
        When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?
