whats with that hood, whys it look strange in that picture? at any rate dude, performance wise, my best suggestion to you is to get a shorter shifter.. i can't imagine driving a manual with that much throw in the stick.. thats gotta be tiring. now groharlem had a nice short shifter, mp3 shifter if i'm right, i forget.. that thing sat insanely low. aside from that, i mean, what do you really want? on a budget, there's only so much you can do... better sound costs money, more speed costs money. you learn the hard way, there is no cheap way to do things. if it pleases you to do so, i'd say go ahead and give the car a full out detail, find a box of 10's or 12's ( depending on what you're running in that trunk, cause as it sounds, you stopped at pepboys or walmart ), give it a tune up and enjoy the drive. if it is in your price range, go and get some springs and struts for your car... maybe some rims.. it depends on what you want.
        peace

The pic of the kit on there isnt for an escort it for the 90-93 pro' but modifiable for 94 available from corksport.com, the escort gt has skirts the right length for any 1st gen pro tho. I know about cost and other wise, I just dont have cash right now and was asking for suggestions. As far as the hood pic, at one point I had commented about the washer nozzle light and decals on the hood, but I took the lights out, thought they looked to civic'y and took the comment out as well. The shifter throw isnt that bad, as I said, I shorfted the shifter actually with a die grinder..lol, And put the original knob back on because the new one stuck up too high. As far as the speakers, the 8's were in a box given as a gift and they're all I got right now so what am I gunna do turn em down?
