You need axles for a 90 4wd Pro MTX. The mounts are exactly the same.

do nothing different. I used my stock mounts and axles. if it wasn't so heavy, it'd float right into place without thinking.

this is all assuming you have a 5spd to begin with.
otherwise, you have some sourcing to do.
No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

It's easiest to get that thing in and out if you remove the radiator and LF suspension. Also having a lift and a tranny jack lessens the pain.

the only dif in mounts is the front mount for a gtx has a slight dip.this is to properly fit the charge pipe of the vj20 turbo to the side mount.

so i can you use all the sohc axles and mounts, thanks again.

did mazda offer thicker axles , like on the real j-spec cars that came with the dohc and boost or are they all the same.
                thanks

They were all the same. The trans is weak enough that you don't want really strong axles.

The gear is the same. The speedometer itself is different.
