picked in up in Washington, DC in June 2006. I got it for free from a family member that needed to get rid of some vehicles. Drove the 200 miles back home. parked the car and didnt play with it. started reading up on feoa.net and then eventually here.
I had to replace the rear calipers and springs to pass inspection.
Then shortly after that i decided to remove the side skirts and filled the holes with bondo and painted them. While i painted them i decided to paint the rear reflectors also.
In october 2006 i picked up a rx7 b code vaf. Other than that i pretty much kept the car stock.
In August 2007 i picked up a set of zx2 s/r struts and some eibach springs. When i put them on i loved them.
January 2008 i bought a pacesetter cat-back and genie header from smoke187. I put the exhaust on right away, and started purchasing things to get the header on. i gave up on the header because i didnt have much cash to spend for a section of custom exhaust. sold the header in April of 2008.
In April 2008 i found a set of MX3 seats in the junkyard and picked them up. Man what a difference over stock. While i was at it i snagged another shifter to attempt to move the ball up. I gave up on that and just bought one from therieldeal in May 2008.
Over summer 2008 i began purchasing turbo parts (again), this time with the intent of getting the job done. i still need a few more things to do this.
In late August 2008 i purchased a set of ground controls from smoke187. As well as an addco rear sway bar. On 9/7/08 in installed tha addco sway bar. That day also began the coil over swap.

either that or my struts are dieing. either way, i want stiffer lol. the gold nuts were only 40 bucks shipped. so wasnt to bad
