i actually heard the pacesetters gain the most power from all the headers...even tho they're not the best quality lol.

problems with them leaking where??? the flanges?? the EGR??? i plan to weld up all of the EGR **** on the header & on the nut going into the EGR valve. if the flanges have issues perhaps a quick planing @ the machine shop?
either way, i still think the ebay ones are loads better then the stock manifolds... i cant believe they ever put such junk on there.---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

no offense shawn to you or dan, turbo or not there are CERTAIN gains in flow to be had over the stock manifold. the design is not the greatest. If prooven gains can be found NA, what makes anyone to believe there wont be a percent increase over that while boosted. I understand the heat & velocity factor with more cooling surface to ambient air, but thats minimal impact & nothing a good coating(as said) can't fix.
