    Front brakes help needed

I have done brakes before. But I sure could
    use some help.

There are 4 bolts on the back side
of the brakes. 2 bolts with a rubber grommet
with smaller bolt heads and 2 bolts ( one located under
brake line near caliper ) with larger heads.

Which ones are the caliper mounting bolts and what
    are the other 2 bolts?

The torque specs for the caliper bolts
29-36 lbs. What are the torque specs for
    the other bolts?

I have seen the diagram listed in stupid
brakes thread so I dont think Ill have
    a problem replacing the pads.

I am also wondering wondering where are the slider
    pins to be lubed.

Money is tight, so any help is appreciated.

I bought the pads and am getting some rotors
    this week.

    thanks

If you are trying to change the pads I think you can do them without removing the caliper, just take out the little cotter pins and tap out the big pin thats holding the pads in place.
if you want to remove the caliper its the 2 bolts with the little rubber boot because the caliper floats on these, believe they are 14mm.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I did the
brakes last night. It is the 14mm bolts. I replaced
the rotors and pads with PFC. The pads are
impressive and I got them from amazon for $30
delivered. Autozone wanted $64 and change. I also
lubed the heck out of the sliders.

      Thanks for your reply.

          No didnt bleed the brakes.

          Pedal feel is pretty good.

          Those pfc are good pads.

Just wanna know, when you replaced the rotor you need to bleed it still? mine seems to be a biiiitttt sluggish. But when I replaced my MSP rotor it was good. Should I bleed the 2 gen just to be sure?

If you didn't disconnect the brake line you don't really need to bleed them.

If you have a buddy to help, it's a good idea though.
