Ace's never ending log- 94 Pro DX

So i got the car for $300 a few months ago when my grandma got her new honda. All maitnience records, 120k miles, mechanically sound, one owner, and never beaten. Greaat!!
here is a picture when i got the car.

here is the first thing i did to the car- fixed some bad paint.
    before

    after

then i didnt do anything to it for a couple months until last week
I changed the oil, spark plugs, wires, and rotated the tires.
    (no pictures) lol
I installed my new Head Unit, now i need speakers.
i dont think i got the right install kit, it seems like it needs to goo farther back. anyone with some insight on this please chime in.

and today (1/11/09) i ripped out most of the interior and started to clean the whole thing from top to bottom.
    before

    after
    wash and wax.

    overexposed shot of the interior

    Yay!
First engine mod! Ebay intake filter

    i will update continually.

well lots has happened since i last updated this. lots of audio and a couple other things.
but im bumping it get some answers. So after deciding i need to go with practicality i want to swap my b8 for a BP and keep my auto trans. Im doing that becuase it will cost less and be easier to do. Will i have to get a new engine harness and ECU? also, do i have to pull the trans too or can i just unbolt it at the bellhousing? and will i need to get any other parts like radiator etc...
thanks for any help anyone can offer.
also heres a few progess pics
                Heres my sub setup.

Well I've done lots of other mods that I don't have pics of too.

nope. it was actually for a jetta lol.
came with a 90* curved pipe that i had to cut off a little and i had to relocate some wires down there and it turned out decent.

nope. just a rag dipped in a bucket of diluted simple green and about 3 hours
its not perfect by any means but its pretty good.
