    CNCed 2 peice rotors today

I finished one up today for the most part. It's looking good.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic... It's a before and after shot.

It's for a BF GTX. Updated to the rotor over hub style. 11" x 1" rotors and 6061t6 al hats machined using a HAAS VF0 VMC using mastercam X3 for toolpaths.

if you can make that u should make 5 lug hubs for BF's and BG's, it wouldnt be to hard and i bet u could sell them for a good price and people would buy em. i had to buy 1 new hub from mazda when a wheelbearing froze up and it cost about $100 just for 1

This isn't a hub. It's a 2 piece rotor. It uses modified BF spindles and tuned down stock hubs and stock bearings.

i know, but if you have the ability to make that rotor a hub shouldnt be to much harder as most of it is just turned down on a lathe

but then there is the splines. Those will require a special cutting tool set.

Also what is the sensation about with 5 lug hubs?
