    'A' Pillar Gauge Pod

    Anybody know where I can get a three gauge pod that will fit the 'A' pillar of an '88 GT?

    there isnt 1 specificly made for our car. get a universal and custom fit it

        but yeah buy a universal one. i bought one, i think for a civic, and molded it into the pillar, so it looks like just one unit. (using bondo)

              Well. I bought a gauge pod originally for a Civic. I don't remember exactly what generation (I think it was for an 88 - early 90's), so if you check ebay for a triple gauge pod and mod it, you might have something. I ended up using a heat gun and tried to get it hot enough to morph it. I would do it a little differently next time (mold it onto a straight piece of wood the plastic more even), I used it anyway because the slightly warped edges are hidden. Looks fine, I think.

              Maybe I'll try a triple gauge pod now...

                Long ago in the 323GTX yahoo groups there was a dude that did a custom run of fiberglass pods. I bought one of his 2 gauger but I think he also did some 3's... might be able to find one of them somewhere. They were really nicely made.

                  Go to auto zone or any other parts store and puck one up I did one on my column for a single gauge little bit at a time with a heat gun and it's golden
