    Haltech e6k BPT 550cc inj. base map?

    Just checking to see if atomicGT or anyone else has such a thing. Rallycar is going in for dyno work later this week and if I can get closer to optimal before getting there, that gives us a chance to git r done without breaking the bank.
    I tried transferring the e6 map over by hand, but bar heights don't have anything to do with injector pulse, even taking the 2x height difference between the two maps. Basically we're filthy pig rich. Thanks, I hope!

              I've got a basemap for 330s around somewhere that you could scale up to 550s, it's meant for a VJ20 but it would be a start. I've got to hook up my old desktop to something, I think that's where all my backup maps are. I'll try to get them to you tomorrow.

                BTW, it is a huge pain in the ass to try and transpose E6X maps over to an E6K.

                      Many thanks. Hmmmm, ig. angle 78, not 70...You sure about that coil charge time of 5ms? Seems like more than the manual talks about. I have a Jacobs C4 coil on the car and am still trying to find out what the best charge time is for that thing.

                        if the angle you're talking about is the trigger offset... it depends where the distributor is when you set it up. it can be anywhere within a normal range as long as the timing on the haltech map matches the timing light, you're good.

                            good luck! I just got around to reading this.. I've got an E6K that was running with DSM 550cc injectors, I bought it from Braden from BLT back in the day. I'd have to get it hooked up to power, so I could pull of the map. If I find it, I'll send it your way just for comparison.

                              DSM 550's? stock DSM injectors are 450's unless they came from an EVO...
