GTX sighting here in salt lake!!!

so my brother was going to get some lunch and bam right in the parking lot it was just chillin!!! sooo clean. no dents no scratches interior was perfect, etc.. i bet its the cleanest black car AROUND.

so we left a note on it and a lady called back. said her son got the car from seattle washington and drove it home back in 88!! ( i just did that with my gt from portland, im willing to bet he had better luck getting it home though haha)

she said its the 8th out of 1200 and that it says on the vin?? anyway if thats true that thing is 8th one made!! she said she wasnt going to get rid of it because its the 8th one made her husband and her got a divorce in 88 and its an 88. or something i dont know.. all i could think of is maybe offering her 8 thousand dollars??? haha

but yeah its not for sale!!! oh well.. sweet car and its beeing very well taken care of so im happy

If it's the one I'm thinking of I was communicating with the seller in Washington about this car. It's real clean. If I remember right I think he was last asking in the mid 3's for it.

    Here's a pic I had of it

The vin's are serialized... I haven't been able to collect enough vin numbers and manufacturing dates to see how they're decoded or if they are encoded at all.

that looks like mine. mine had grey on the bottom half before paint, and my driver seat has a tear though.
