GI: Tubular T3 Ramhorns and Wire covers

I've had a couple people ask about building manifolds so I figured I would see if there is any other interest. You can see the top mount that I built for my car in my build thread. Although I migged it, these would be tigged and backpurged. These would be your typical ramhorn with a t3 flange. Would be constructed from sch 10 stainless. The price for one with a mild head flange would be $400 + shipping, $480 + shipping for one with a stainless head flange. I'm building one for a guy on here next week, I'll post some pics of it when completed.

You can also see the wire covers in my build thread, these would be $40 + shipping.

Let me know if your interested.

That seems like a good price for the manifold. Are you planing on making it so the turbo will fit fine behind the stock radiator? If not i plan on using a civic one anyways but just wondering. Id definatly pick one up if i get my job back soon lol.

I'll post tons of pics as soon as this one is completed. I'm also considering making the flange so it accepts a VJ20 as well as a T3.

I could do that, I would need a gtx manifold in order to get the right placement though.

Anybody have one that I can borrow? If somebody ships one to me so I can make a jig, I'll return ship it to them with a free wire cover.

i not in for a stock placement manifold it was way to close to the block when using a bigger t3

Well, since i'll be making these on an order basis anyway. Thats not a problem. I'm using my 60-1 to mock up the one I am making now. Once its done, i'll make a jig so I can make more, then once I get a gtx manni, I'll make a jig for that. So, you'll have the option of stock placement or not. I'll make the vj20/t3 flange an option on both. External wastegate will also be an option and you can decide the placement on that too (i.e. 90 to the left, 90 to right, or straight). None of these options will incure a greater price. They will all be 400 for mild head flange, or 480 for stainless head flange.

                            Sound good?
