    looking for a ecu... 91-95 escort gt or protage with a bp dohc

    i am looking for a ecm for a 91-95 escort gt or protage with a bp dohc that the rev limiter has been removed ...a stock one has it set at 7400 i need it to be at least 8400 + or if any one can tell me how to remove it i would be so happy.. thanks

          Actually mr post whore....I mean mr god it goes either way. They don't make a ecu with a rev limiter like he wants so I took it as more of a question on how to

            No Rev Limiter on GTR Ecu.... BTW, just at free spin, in gear car will spin above 8K. Although not important to this subject, just wanted to point that out.

                    Sorry to bump an old post, but will this ecu work with the stock U.S. spec cars? I am also a cicle track racer, and want to raise my rev limit. Is this a true thing? It's not that I don't believe Svenspeed, it's just that I want to be sure before I go looking for one.

                      GTR ecu=turbocharged=not good fuel/timing maps for na.
