Rev Limiter/Fuel Cut

isnt the "revlimit" on the BP actually a fuel cut??
I'd love to even be able to raise my revlimit just to 8000 on my 1.8L BP..
im going to order the valvetrain package from flying miata so i know it'll help with the physical aspect of revs... but the ecu/vaf fuel cut though??
how do i get around it??
& Turpro.. from what i understand, if you have the B6T, visit www.technosquareinc.com
they chip/eprom B6T ecus as well as other mazda ecus.. but go figure.. no support for the FWD 1.8L BP

but havin VICS for 4000rpms would be sick
I'd love to not even maybe lower the VICS engagement or raise it... i've read a few threads where people have moved it around and tested.. and either lost bottom end power.. or hurt top end power..
i think the PERFECT vics was like 200rpm higher or lower max from factory specs.
i cant remember where i saw that.. maybe here.. maybe on a miata forum. not sure.
i'll have to do some digging around.
what ID love to be able to do is have the VICS open quicker & snappier maybe.
I wonder if there would be a more feelable difference in the cutmod manifold with VICS being raised or lowered, or opened more rapidly.

raising or lowering the engagement? or making it open quicker @ set rpm?
Because the loose torque thing is poo..
the BP doesnt have insane bragging torque numbers to begin with... LOL lowering them more would definately put it in honduh territory.
& that = epic fail
