    turboed egt questions

    ok my gf's bro has a 94 egt and he turboed it. It is the stock bp not bpt um he is running it with the stock ecu and it is a 5speed. what type of ecu and maf would make it run like it should? right now it has stock ecu he has a 323 gtx ecu and it runs fine at idle but as soon as you hit the gas it starts fuel cut and he has bigger injectors in it um the are 330cc injectors. um what do you guys recomend to do to it? that is relistic

                well the 330cc injectors are from the probe/mx6 gt f2t turbo motor. if your runing a stock vj20 set-up then this should be fine if you got something bigger then a vj20 then get n/a 2nd gen rx7 injectors 460cc. and also have you check to see that the fuel pump is not stock if so get a fd rx7 tt fuel pump its a 255 fuel pump

                  well first off what fuel pump is he running? He will need a walbro 255 or a fuel pump from a twin turbo rx7.
                  Second what turbo is he running and at what psi?
                  And third the 330cc injectors are probably too small for that turbo. You might want to use RX7 460cc denso#195500-2010. Then your going to want to have a AfcII or get a wide band to do the fine tuning,

                  But other than that the car looks like a sleeper.

                    330c injectors are the gtx ones. 325 is the mx6. I'm running mx6 325s and I'm leaning out on a small vj11. Might be ****ty flow.

                    Definetly upgrade the fuel pump. I like the scort. Its fast and dirty.....just like I like my women lol

                      he has the t3/t4 hybrid turbo on bout 7 to 8 psi and he is running the stock fuel pump becuase it dont need to run a diffrent one the fuel pressure regulator is able to control it

                            no you need a bigger pump. He will lean out and detonate. end of story...
