    removing the rear trailing arms

removing the rear trailing arms is the biggest pain in the ass so far on these cars that i have encountered. if you are planning on having poly bushings put in...i reccomend that you have air tools and a torch with some wd-40... else wise you'll be lucky if you don't **** things up...

so far the design of the rear trailing arms where they bolt to the frame... must be the stupidest design out there yet.
4 thin metal prongs bent around an unwelded to the frame nut to hold it from turning.... what happens when try to remove these without air tools??? the 4 prongs bend and give way allowing the unwelded nut to spin freely making all of your efforts pointless and un yielding. also making it nearly impossible for you to get the bolt out. (thank god i tested this on a j-yard car first otherwise id be screwed).

Moral of the story folks... use air tools.... on everything possible...
