    Here's mine.

After looking at a few places I decided to go with www.injector-rehab.com. My charge was 16 a piece for flow testing and cleaning and free returns shipping because I sent 4 in. I think they charge shipping for under 4. All I have to say is wow that was fast and they look great.

For $64 they did a before and after testing for spray pattern and flow. Also they put all new orings, grommets, insolators, pintle caps and filter baskets on. Then they pay return shipping. The sent back the old parts as well. Also each injector was individually bagged and numbered so you can see what injector is what on the list.

Here are my results. Mind you I had 2 with broken pintle caps so if someone says "a broken pintle cap isn't going to effect anything" close your ears.

    Each row represents injectors 1-4.

    Injector p/n 195500-2010

    Test:
    Resistance ohms 14.6 14.6 14.5 14.5
Leak test before pass pass pass pass
Pass/fail after pass pass pass pass
Spray pattern b4 good good good good
Spray after good good good good
    Static flow b4 492 480 492 480
    Static flow after 492 492 492 492
    15 sec@2.25 bar 123 123 123 123
    Cc/min@2.25 bar 492 492 492 492

They gave a chart on the static flow b4 and after.

    Largest variance b4 2.439%
    Largest varience after 0.000%
    **ideal system balance <2%

Then they put a HP capability per injector chart.

I'm happy with the price and speed. Sent them out sat priority small flat rate box on sat and they got them monday. By monday afternoon they sent a paypal invoice. After payment was made they shipped them back via USPS at 4pm that same day. They were sitting at the house yesterday when I got home. I'll post pics before and after when I get a chance.

                        Christopher,
Pressure is listed on the flow sheet where it says "cc/min @ x Bar .. (in your case x= 2.25Bar)

BSFC is Brake Specific Fuel Consumption... simply put, it is a measurement of fuel efficiency of an engine using the rate of fuel consumption divided by the power produced.

Reading the chart is like a grid with injector duty cycle as the side. If your engine has a BSFC of .50 and you run your injectors at 85% duty cycle, the HP you are able to achieve with these injectors would be 79.7HP PER injector (x4) would be 318.8 HP... For an explanation of injector duty cycle, please use this page: http://www.injector-rehab.com/kbse/idc.htm

                        Hope that helps.

                        Best regards,

Ok sorry for all the questions but I have more. If mine were flowing 492cc@2.25bar(almost 33 psi) what would they flow at 42ps(what my stock fpr is)? I thought the 2010 rx7 injectors were rated 460cc. Do they usually run higher? Thanks

To find the different rate, use this calculator we have on-line under "charts" (There are a bunch of useful calcs here if you hover over the word "chart" on the top navigation bar of any page) http://injector-rehab.com/ffc/ although I just noticed it is not working correctly, so use this one on our other site: http://kgparts.com/index.php?page=fuel-calc (3rd one down)

                        part 2
Yes, they are rated at 460cc... with denso injectors this is rated at 2.25 bar. This is also under many variable factors, one main is the specific gravity of the fluid (yours were tested under proper conditions) and another big one is test fluid temp. About 2 weeks ago our fluid temp control module took a dump. Unfortunately your injectors were tested with the fluid running warmer than it "should" have been... that combined with the temp of air in the lab because we have not had the new HVAC system up and running caused a higher fluid temp. The only variation you would notice is a higher flowing volume. In your case, fluid was about 19*F higher than it "should" be, but would equal out to about a 464cc "if" tested with the fluid at the exact temp.
There is nothing to worry about, and the injectors are fine. Sorry for the confusion. Any other questions, just ask. That is what we are here for!!

                        Best regards,
