Just curious if any USDM Escorts came with the upper B pillar hole already tapped? My last 2 Escorts, a 95 5-door and a 94 2-door, the hole to bolt the triangle shaped piece up onto the B pillar was present but had no threads in it. Since I'm not the first person to ever put manual belts in an escort before and I've never heard anyone mention it I'm wondering if maybe early years came the hole pre tapped or something.
