Nice setup! I've always liked how those look, I wish I could do something like that. Unfortunately I have only one car and I need my trunk way too often.

            i gotta ask, WHY SONY?!

looking good, though. course i doubt i'd ever do something like that in my trunk. not till i find the perfect enclosure anyways

they are all separate fiberglass enclosures under the top layers and the entire trunk is dynomated....i choose sony for a couple of reasons one i have a friend at future shop who could give me a real good deal and also because the like the style and shape of the gear....i am goin to upgrade to the 3 sony p5 1600s amps and 6 p5 subs at the end of winter when i tear it out and start again.....this was my first time at fiberglassing didnt turn out to bad i even made eyelids that need sanding and paint

Looks good. What color are you gonna paint it? Wish I could do that much fiberglassing. That's outta my league.
Hmm...did you say eyelids?? Can we see pics of what you've got so far? You might have a market for those here if you enjoy making them.

I hate the short nose crankshaft. It took my car away from me.

It looks like a great start to the fiberglass. I am like Blue- what are your plans from here for a finish? Also- watch the dust as you do the sanding the stuff can eat the heck out of your lungs- not to mention the cars finish if ground in!

damn that has to make the back end squat. thats prolly a good 200 pds of glass and subs.

lol, systems aren't light my brahma 10" sub weighs in at 43 lbs the box takes 2 people to lift, so it's definitely over 100 lbs, probably over 150 lbs not to mention amps and wiring
