    anyone uop for an early August campring trip?

    I am wondering if anyone would be interested in an early August Campring trip in the Perth area. I know a couple good camp grounds. It would be nice to get away for a weekend and share drunken stories around a campfire.

    anyone interested. the dates ia late july early august. a weekend of course.

    What kind of camping is this?? Is it drive your car up to the site and then hide in it in the rain? Or is it park your car, walk/canoe....... and if the weather gets bad deal with it camping??

        I'll start first.
        We've got a big pile of wood, a litre of gas and couple packs of hotdogs.
        I plan on sleeping underneath my car. and covering myself with a dirt blanket.

          lol, it is drive your car there, park, take pictures of car with lake in the background, get hosed, sit around a campfire, and pass around a "modified cigarette"

          it is in basic SUV camping. my favorite site is just outside of Perth, Silver lake
