I cant get my BPT to run right

SO long story short turboed the escort with all the basics, bp26 ecu, gtx injectors, gtx exhuast manifold, vj20 turbo, 4 wire tps, stock vaf, stock boost.

It idles fine and everything but when I drive it and hit boost and at like 4 grand rpms, the engine cuts out like its geting too much fuel. Its not a boost leak im thinking, Do i need a rx7 Vaf, I have a wide band but have not hooked it up yet. If the vaf tells me its running rich what do i adjust.

Anyone have any ideas or its something else im not thinking of could be the problem

I thought this was going to be an easy set up that would run well but i can firgure it out.

Any help would be greaty appreciated

Run less plug gap and see if that changes anything, or maybe it's cutting out cuz you're hitting boost cut. Does it do it at constant same rev or constant same boost?

its from the N/A model... it sounds like ur hitting boost cut. the line going to your wastegate, where do u have it connected to? manifold or IC pipes r u running any kind of boost controler at all?
