I was going to sell my mx for 3 grand today and the Guy was just not the one and I realized I can't get rid of it especially to someone who wasn't going to appreciate it . So I decided to rip the wiring back out of it cause something was wrong and then decided to get all right harnessing and just tear it apart and have it back on the streets for summer. And make a gtr motor build section for people who had trouble like I did when I first did this so ill edit pics and specs and let you know as I go

Sorry bout the time and no pic we got 3 feet of snow and are now just recovering and i did get to the garage and got alot of work done.Tried uploading pictures but not working right now. I will get them on by the end of tonight but i took wiring out and looked over all wiring and found under the fuse box that it had a lot of problems. So i decided im going to go over all wiring in car and make sure everything is proper. In the mean time i need help because im going to redo wiring under the hood with everything and go back to stock ECU to make sure everything is good because with the problem i was having my car is stalling and not even starting right now so harness and fuse box harness i think im going to replace where am i going to find this for the motor?

Was this a V6 MX3?
I am not as familiar with MX3s, but since you have a BP in there, I would stick to wiring from a BP powered car (Protege, EGT). The MX3 RS might have the same wiring as the SOHC 323, Protege are very similar to the DOHC (they are missing some bits and pieces in the engine wiring such as VICS but nothing major).
I would definitely have the Protege/323 FSM handy for the wiring section.

If your mx was a 4cyl, just install back your fuse box. The wiring are the same since both BP and B6 alternator/starter sits behind the engine. If your mx was 94up, you had VSS and the wiring for that is in your harness. Unless you buy a progt95-up VSS to recover your odo, or if you plan on using wire style or if you got a 92-93 SOHC engine, you'll be ok with that, the odo speed gear are the same.
If you need anything else to know about mx3, I can answer any questions, just keep writing in your post,-1993 Familia GT-R, 3" stainless exaust, 0.100" oversize Supertech pistons, ported and polished head, "hemi" style combustion chamber, Supertech 1mm oversize valves, megasquirt, 880cc low-z, MSD HVC, custom SS ramhorn turbo manifold, GT3076R ar.63, 25psi, 3" SS custom exhaust. Soon to be MS3X, COP and 28psi!
-2008 Mitsubishi Evolution X MR, AEM turbo inlet system, 3" magnaflow exhaust.
-2006 Pimped Grand Caravan 3.8L GT40...I'm kidding, it's stock

Alright my fuse box harness is done for definitely need to replace it but I am having no luck with mx3 harnesses around me. So if I'm looking online for it what fusebox harness am I specifically looking for to work properly with motor because you have a good point with VSS
. Never worked so something I can fix while I'm doing this
