whos using what? i havent got mine back yet, but i already think im goin to start off with tunerstudio, it seems like it has more going for it. i think itll be really nice when its actually out of the beta versions. i also read something about megatunix too but havent got into that yet. i think i read that tunerstudio is going to be odb2 readable too for newer cars or something to that effect, i think its coming with the next version....

I am not sure what they mean by OBDII support.
For OBDII support to exist, the MS itself must return the necessary fault codes, there must be a correct OBD port present ... etc.
So I don't see the MS being OBD compliant for current versions - perhaps in the future. Maybe what they mean is that Tunerstudio can read OBDII fault codes if connected to a stock ECU?
In any case, it is not a feature that seems to work right now.

really your p3 doesnt wanna run it? what is yours mines only a 1.2ghz with a gig of ram. its just an old dell... i watch the perfomance in task manager, and im not overloading anything... i dont try and run more than like 3 or 4 programs at once tho...
and ya the odb2 i was wondering how theyre gonna try and run monitor tests, im guessing a new version of ms maybe , but im sure thats not so near in the future. then if they do this obd2 stuff, therye going to have to deal with every states legality about computers, ours wont let you replace an ecu or motor with anything older than the year of the vehicle. the only way ive ever really figured to ms a new car is to register it as a kit or special build. which will exempt it from the odb2 plug in part of the inspection.... or a pnp and just have to plug in your stock ecu a few weeks or a month before your due to try and set codes if theres any, and monitors... in ny were allowed 1 on anything above 01 , and 2 on anything back to 96....92 protege lx-
