Oil leak around Exhaust manifold on B6T? Help!

When I drive my 323 GT, and it gets up to temp, it starts oozing oil from around the top of the exhaust manifold.

I've been told its bad valve seals, but it dosnt smoke from the exhaust which I would think it would if vavle seals are the problem. Ive also been told it may be the turbo, but again it dosnt make sense to me.

The inside of the exhaust manifold is dry and so are the exhaust ports in the head itself.

    Anyone have any suggestions/ideas?

Could it just be the valve cover gasket leaking

Worst case, it could be leaky valve seals.
