    Possible BF 323 purchase, need help

    My friend is getting rid of his 323 hatch, and he gave me first dibs...real cheap too...hah. Anyways, car was in a bit of a accident in the front left corner, shifted the hood and fender a bit...also leaks oil and brake fluid (rear cyls he thinks)

    car is pretty clean on the underside, frame rails are solid, new gas tank, trailing arms are good, no rot.

    here's the pics, think its worth a couple bucks??

      Only if you promise to put a boosted bp, or v6 it. Just pull the motor from the 626.

            no swap on this thing, it'd be the DD...

            car has a broken sway bar on the left side, the ear broke off the sway bar...i'm not sure if i'm describing it properly...so that would need to be welded or changed, and good luck with finding a replacement sway bar haha.

              i have the stock sway bar from my gtx. i think it will fit as the front ends of the FWD and GTX were basicly the same

                      i'm going to get the car, i'm just trying to figure out where i can store it til i move haha, since i won't have much/any spare cash to throw at it.

                      sounds like i'm just going to try to have the swaybar ear welded, since the car won't see stiffer springs/struts i should be ok with it holding.

                      Does anyone have a suggestion how to take the warp out of the front end? Should i pull it out? I can hook my truck up to the tow hook and see what i can pull out.

                          not sure how much that'd cost me, i'm not looking to spend much if any $$ on this thing lol.

                            get a cable come along and hook it to a tree, and then to the front end of your car and then block the wheels from sliding sideways. then just rachet it till its straighter.
                            Its not the best way, but its cheap.
