    Clunk noise on bumps

Anyone had experience in pale clunk noise but noticeable from front passenger side of BF on bumps and small potholes at low speed (say 10km/h to 40km/h). At high speed it is not predominant ?.

I have replaced/repaired several including , Swar Bar Bushes,Lower Arm Bushes,Lower Arm Ball Joint, Strut Mount, Tierod end, Brake Caliper repired & Steering Rack repaired. Nothing gave a solution.

    What it could be !!!

Yep, bad ball joints on the a-arms and steering rack. Also, check your suspension bushings and replace them.

What do you mean by Pinch bolts?. Lower arm ball joint hold bolt ?

Also worth to mention here ,this clunk is associated with sudden impact
span of wheel levels at low speed. For small span compress of coil spring
(in other words wheel level- upward impact) would give this noise. Even for large span de-compress of the coil spring (wheel level downward) the noise would not noticeable.

            Your opinion !.

clunking over bumps usually is related to either worn out sway bar bushing or worn out sway bar end links. Lift it a little bit and see if the links move up and down. If the links have grease fittings in them shoot a bit of grease in it.Also look at the sway bar bushings see if u can see room in there. A cheap fix for bushings is to loosen them up and stick a washer or two in there and tighten it back up again. That would take care of that.

could be a motor mount, or the noise just sounds like that side but is traveling from somewhere else. Try standing outside the vehicle when it goes over a bump.
