I bought a Megasquirt and have a few questions. Where can I buy an ecu adapter for my car so that I don't have to cut into the main harness. How do I hook up the wideband to the ecu? Do I treat it like a normal o2 sensor and wire it into the megasquirt. Also When the I get rid of the Vaf which wires do I need to jump to get the fuel pump to work?

Did you read the Mega manual three times? You need a scrap ecu for the plug, I don't know about the rest.I am an idiot.

If you look in the fsm you can find the diagram to locate and jusmp the f/p and GND wires or do it in the diag box.

just go to a scrap yard and cut one out of an auto or stick ecu, the 2 plugs will plug into the 3 plug ecu connector, thats how mine is... look around on miataturbo.net to find where to get the plugs brand new..... many people have looked and posted thier findings...92 protege lx-

If anyone is interested here are the ecu connector part numbers for the gtx ecu.
All of these are the same type of connector ,but they have different part numbers because some have more gold pins than others.
