here is a little write up i did about my megasquirt wiring, thats going into my 88 GTX.
before i wire this up and do my wire tuck i want to make sure this looks correct,so tell me if this looks right or wrong???

also my mega will run with no vaf/vam, has a internal ignitor, iac control, and launch control

a have nother ? i hope i can get answered.
im running a diy harness from diyautotune.com, this one http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/1...eady-p-43.html

it states that grounds are pin 7-8-9 and 17-18-19

      1. so do i run all those grounds(7,8,9,17,18,19) to 1 grounding point?

      2. should i ground all my sensor grounds(dizzy, tps, iat, cts, and iac) to 1 grounding point?

      3. also should i tie both groups of grounding wires together in 1 spot?

Is this MS1 or MS2? What version PCB?

I'm running MS2 with PCB3.0 and pins 8,9,10,11 and 18 are grounds and mount to the block.

CLT, IAT, and TPS grounds run back to pin 19.

do you guys run a dedicated 12 volt switched to the coil, does it need it?

cause my plan was to get my switched 12 volt for the injector, iac, dizzy and coil all from 1 switched 12volt wire from the under the dash ecu plug.
that 12 volt wire is 12 or 10 gauge and i would be running 16 gauge wires from all(inj, iac, dizzy, coil) to it, or would i be better off running my coil off a different 12 volt, solely for the coil only?

Give the coil a healthy independent 12V. It will also reduce overall noise in the system. The thick blue wire in the stock harness going under the dash is a good place to start.

cool, that was the plan, the bf's also have that thick blue wire like the bg's.
