Did you upgrade your shocks and struts or leave them stock?
" Autobots are an error I intend to correct"

      Reformated Alternate Mode:
      Midnite Blue P5 ( 5-speed manual)
      Painted calipers
      Injen CAI
      Custom exhaust
      Tein lowering springs(finally installed)

No problems eh? Well thats good to know.
I'll have to end up doing the same for now. I only have 22k miles on my stock ones.

i love how the tein's lower the car, and the ride they have. with the system in the trunk the car sits level. without the system, the front end is slightly lower than the rear, giving it a more agressive look

get lowering springs based on what drop you want and what area you drive in. lowering springs all have about the same spring rates so it doesnt matter which one you choose. handling will not be much different. teins are soft.htech- 162/129
              stech-179/145
my theory is that lowering springs are just slightly stiffer than stock just to make up for the slight decrease in length. same performance just better look.

                            mazdaprotege99

how much you wanna drop your ride?
if you looking at the 1" range then i would recommend the mazdamp3 springs, the racing beats. they are not so lowered and handle really good IMO

but then as many said, get some brand name and enjoy them
                            hope that helps a little
(sorry, i am in a rush and wanted to put my input in it)
