How to run the stock tach with megasquirt?

I'm trying to figure out hoe to drive the stock tach with my MS2 running the extra code. Anyone know?

What I'm using in my wasted spark set up is a 1 gen mitsubishi eclipse turbo tach signal converter and run that wire all the way to my cluster were I splice it with the signal wire

I'm just driving a single coil from a bip373. I'm really confused on this. There are like 50 ways of doing it.
