Oil feed line for turbo(newb question)

i apparently loosened mine at some point in taking out the manifold/turbo. How do i tighten it? the top nut or bottom? i dont want to break it off. This is talking about the turbo side of the line.

thanks in advance, also tried searching but no luck

cool thanks, whats the other one for? i think i found an exploded view and it seems like the bottom one holds the fitting to the turbo and the top one holds the line to the bottom one. is that right? so they both need to be torqued to ~17 ft lbs both clockwise?

The bottom one is the oil restrictor into the turbo, and the top one is the compression fitting that connects the line to the oil resrictor

I'd tighten them 'firm' past hand tight, they do not need much. these fittings are not hard to break the banjo fitting on the block is sensitive to torque though
