Power Window motor help

My passenger window is stuck closed.
I want to change the motor but the window won't come down at all.
I got power to the motor, but it just won't budge.
I need to access the two bolt that hold the window.
What can I do to make it move?

Any idea?

Are you disconnecting the motor wire from the harness and applying power directly to the connector reversing the polarity to find the down side??? If so and the window still does not move..remove the 2 bolts and 3 nuts that hold the regulator to the door and see if you can drop the whole assembly down far enough to get to the window screws...if not you will need to get them from the top a little turn at a time. I have used a box ratchet like this before at the wreckers.
