Headlight adjustment...

I'm trying to adjust the vertical aim on my '03 Mazdaspeed, and I can't find the adjustment screw to do it with. I got the horizontal one fixed easily, but can't find the other one. I searched already, and only came up with some random stuff, and one that said it's in the manual, which I don't have Can anybody help me out with this one??

Anybody?? Someone over on msprotege.com said it had something to do with a white cap, but I don't even see one...The site is being updated, so I can't access the info now. Help!!
