    R-34 bodykit...

Whats going on guys? It's cool that you got this site going.

Well I'm gonna be getting an R-34/Octane (The same Front Bumper that Bizob was trying to put together for the Group-Buy) kit for a Civic and custom fit it to my pro.

The front bumper is going to need a little bit of work. About an inch of extending so the headlights don't stick out further than the bumper. The top is going to need to fiberglassed a bit so it'll reach back under the grille.

The sideskirts are going to need about 4 inches shaved off of them.

And the back bumper fits almost perfectly....It sticks out about an inch past the trunk, but thats going to be easily fixed.

So what do you guys think??

He was talking about posting in the 1st gen general forum instead of "exterior".

I just used my old protege rails, just drilled another hole in them and they fit fine. They do lean to the middle a tiny bit though.

just like on protegeclub, there will be NO posting about bodykits and other exterior items in this forum.
Well i don't know about everyone else but i don't want to have to go through mobs of other gen's interior/exterior crap.....hell most of the people before never visited the exterior/interior forum.......
I just think that there should be a gen specific exterior/interior forum.....

Yes it's the same as the octane kit. I am getting the kit for practically free, but thanks anyways... maybe you can give me a price shipped, and i can look into them being shipped here to me, and then modifying them to fit for you pro guys or if anyone wants to buy a kit and ship it to me i can modify them to fit if anyone is interested let me know.

Well I'm still trying to decide if i want to just go with the BMW 3 headlights or 94 Accord headlights.... the accord headlights are going to be a lot more work. So i'm still not sure yet on how i'm going to go.

For the tail's i was thinking about skyline lights but i'm not too sure if it would look good. I don't think i've ever seen S2K taillights....well i have but i haven't really looked at 'em.

Eventually i will do something, but i'm trying to save for a KL_ZE swap. The only reason i'm doing the body kit is because someone i know offered me civic coilovers (for my brothers car) and the body kit. If he bought the paint and clear, and I paint his car. I probably never would have just bought the kit...

I was thinking about buying an aftermarket 91-94 Sentra stock front bumper ($30) and seeing if it would really fit. I've heard that it would. So it shouldn't be too hard for a bodykit to be put together for the pro for under 650 bucks less shipping. With a sentra front, civic back (the sentra back bumper looks like it "should" work), and i'm not sure on side skirts maybe stock escort GT's? They might not be low enough for the front and rear bumpers though. The only hangup with the sentra bumper though is that the only ones i have been able to find are the "Drift" or "Drifter" kits and the "Big M." I don't personally like those two bumpers so i decided to do something different.

                          Well peace,

Well, the civic back bumper is going to take quite a bit of modification, a polyeurathane back bumper would be alot easier to get to fit though. I'm using a fiberglass one.
