    Prefacelift hood

The BF GTAe, pre facelift model hood had the "hump" or "bulge". Since we didnt get a prefacelift GTX or any GTAe, i had someone overseas cut one out from a wrecked car since i didnt want the whole hood(i have a 88 post-facelift).

these pics are mainly for Craig but everyone can enjoy the wierd BF chassis history.

MMMM power bulge. You can't own both that and the only CF hood...

    1988 White GTX - #1 parts
1988 Black GTX - #2 reliably broken touge monstar (294,000 miles no rebuilds) - dead

Wierd... Craig said the same. Anyways the CF hood has developed a slight spiderweb in the clearcoat over the fibers. Its prob just from the flex of opening and closing it. I dont know how much longer ill run it though. i do want to get the "Power Bulge" hood made up and repainted whenever i get home to Connecticut.

        what it should look like
