I don't know where Bowmanville is.... yet. I'll check after this post, but Kitchener is like 25 mins away.

I just checked Google maps, Bowmanville is a little over 2 hours probably. I just bought my GT in Ajax last week. It was about and hour and 35-45 to get there. Definitely worth the drive for the car though.

Well, since the 93 is not being ripped bare the 91 GT is going to get all the goodness that the 93 has to offer.

I started gutting the interior tonight and cleaned the front seats. They look much better after a scrubbing with some upholstery cleaner.

I also have some MX3 seat rails that I'm going to use to lower the seats so my head isn't hitting the roof when I sit up straight. There is also a pic of the interior plastics that I'm trying to find a good colour for. The one dark one is painted with Dupli-colour charcoal. I'm thinking I might just go all black on the inside (thats what she said ) Check out how nasty that sunroof control is, its from a car owned by a smoker (not me) and is just gross. Going to need some serious TLC, that and the headliner I have from that car. It friggen reeks! And if anyone is wondering, I ripped the one sun visor apart to see how they are made. I might have to pay someone to recover those for me as my skills aren't that great yet. I can however, do the headliner myself, thats pretty straight forward.

Yup, Mitchell is just west of Stratford. Hoome of Gordie Howe if I'm not mistaken.

Started to make some progress today. Took all the doors off the 93, and holy **** is that car ever in good condition. Its such a shame is got smashed up.

I was only able to get two doors onto the 91 because it was too damn windy and cold today for me to be bothered with it. I'm going to clean the rest of the rear seats and most likely install them tomorrow. I lost my ****ing job today, and I don't even know why. They just told me it was because I didn't meet probationary standards or some ****. It was a factory job though, so I'm not super pissed. w/e there is always something better.

Here are some of the pics from today.
Anyone ever had the middle bolt come out like this? I have no idea wtf was up with that so I just left it on the old door. Oh, and check out the inch and a half of water in the back seat of the car from one night with the doors on! There was only the weather stripping on the doors, the trim piece had already been taken off.
