    1994 Protege LX

    As some of you may or may not know, pile_of_rd1 and I traded cars in July. I got his 1994 Protege Lx he got my 1989 Probe Gt. The Protege had no drive train or wiring which didn't bother me as I had a lower mileage BP laying around with the harness still on it. It's now my Daily driver, but enough with the the words on to the pics!


    Back in it's KL glory when it was still pile_of_rd1's!


    On it's way to my house!


    It's new drive train it's back under BP power!


    I just gave it it's first bath since I got it!



    Interior needs work still.





    Mirage headlights, not the best gaps, but I think they turned out well!


    The headlights from under the hood and my cut down Saturn intake.

    That's the only reason id want a 94 style front end. I love the headlights

      nice! i was waiting for this lol! car looks great. I think the Mirage headlights fit real nice actually, i'm suprised they fit so close. Are you planning on doing any body work? Saturn intake fits well too.

        Woot woot! PROTEGE! them black headlights look tight! never would have thought to look into those!

            Thanks for the kind words dude! I am tossing around the idea of doing some bodywork after this winter. I don't know how long I will be keeping it.

              haha yea ide hope so! lol I just had to put another turbo on it... these IHI's are pieces of crap when it comes to their oil seals... Luckily this one is a legit 60k turbo! I gotta come out to ur place with the probe soon before it starts getting ****ty out!

                Cool man, nice color. Any plans with the body? Those mirage headlights fit pretty well too. And pile of rd1.... awesome signature haha

                    94 pro base model, all synthetic fluids, s/r struts, front & rear ebay upper strut bars,front & rear tie bar, ZX2 1" front swaybar, EGT 21mm rear sway bar, custom delrin endlinks front & rear, custom delrin rear swaybar mount bushings, EBC front blanks & redstuff pads, CS ss brake lines & dot 4 fluid, big drum brakes in rear (from ZX2, free parts), 2.25 custom exaust w/magnaflo oval muffler, 4-wire o2 sensor, custom ram-air, 4-wire BP tb, MSD super conducter plug wires, MSD Blaster SS coil, NGK iridiums,OEM weighted shift knob, ebay short shifter, bronzoil bushings, CS ss clutch line, custom air splitter, mx-3 recaro drivers seat, EGT foglight switch, 35w 5000k hi/lo hid's
