    Etd racing review

So far, my experience has been extremely poor. They didn't have any of their BP manifolds made, so one would have to be made for me, with an approximate time frame of 7-10 days to build and another 4-7 to ship.

At three weeks I called and asked what the hold up was, at this point my engine shop was sitting on my engine waiting for the manifold. The person I spoke with at ETD said it would be any day now and they would get it done as soon as possible.

Two more weeks go by and I call again, this time the person at ETD says it's sitting on his desk and will ship out that day, and that was tuesday of last week. I was frank with the man I spoke with and said that I would like some type of compensation for the extra three weeks that my motor was just sitting. His answer was simple, No.

Are you serious?? It's ok in your mind that you are three weeks late, scratch that, going to be four weeks late for my manifold? His response, "It's an unfortunate situation but there is nothing I can do."

We'll see what the manifold looks like when it gets here and I'll post one more time to let you guys see the quality. As for the service, I am more than dissatisfied.

Hey! im currently working with them as well. I ordered mine about 4wks ago and they said the same to me. "oh we dont have any but it will take 10-15 business days to make and another 5days to ship. i said ok. i like to see how the progress goes so i email them and he responds "we are sold out on the t2 flange but we will get them ASAP and ship it ASAP. bull! still no word. ive spoken with them twice about updates and all he said was its almost done. im with you^^ they dont stand by their words at all. until i have it in my hands and inspected i wont be happy at all.

my rating at this point is 1.5/5......

I got my manifold from them a couple years ago and I never had a problem. I guess I was lucky that they had them in stock when mine was ordered. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. Only problem I had was that the exhaust flange was welded on unpside down and I had to send it back to them and they sent me out the right one.

I hope it all works out for both of you.

Check that your flanges are true, flat. Cause I've seen some aftermarket manifold come in and holy crap, I've seen it been like half an inch curved. If your flanges aren't true, you're just asking for a leak. Especially if they're rushing to weld up your manifold they're just gonna throw the heat on it.

Thanks for the heads up guys, unfortunately both situations push my schedule farther back and I just don't have that kind of time. I'm pretty ****ing discouraged to say the least.

Got mine, pics in a bit. It looks ok, the flange is on the right way as far as I can tell. The tubes have Malaysia stamped all over them though, so I'll need to do something about that.
