    Foglight grille comparison

Hi there, I have been lurking around for a while and finally have a question.

Found a grille on Ebay and I am trying to figure out if it is any different from the regular GTX grille with foglights.

I watched that foglight grill go for 305.00 on ebay...I hope the guy that bought it knows that it's for the 86-87 323. The seller tried to say that it might fit the 88-89's..there will be a surprise.

I followed it as well -couldn't believe it -$305 plus shipping! I wasn't aware there was a difference between the 86-87 and 88-89 grill until someone inquired about mine.

The pics show fog light grills were made for BFs before and after the face lift.

How do you know eBay gill was for the pre face lift?

By the dimensions and the notches on the lower corners to access the headlight adjusters. The 88-89 hood line drops lower in the front...Can you get your hands on any that fit the 88-89 cars in Sweden?

no you couldnt have. lol. i PM'd him the day he put it up on mazda247. and he never replied back. i even sent a follow up PM like a week ago with no response. i wanted to hack it up to make my own version for my 626. lol

and i was in shock when it was up to like $150 an hour or so before it ended. i couldnt believe anyone would be willing to spend that much on that body style gril

Correct. if you look at the earlier models there's a trim piece that runs below the grill and lights... on the later models the grill extends down to the bumper.
